Minimum order quantities vary by product, shipment structure, and market conditions. Please include the product and your required volume in your inquiry and our trading team will advise. Smaller initial orders for new clients can also be discussed.
We can discuss flexible Incoterms including FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), DES (Delivered Ex Ship), and DAP (Delivered at Place). For marine bunkering, port delivery can be arranged at major Asian hubs. Terms are customized based on client preference and logistics feasibility.
Product quality is verified through independent laboratory testing by international inspection companies. Documentation such as a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, and MSDS is arranged as required for each transaction, together with pre-shipment inspection and loading supervision where applicable.
Payment terms are agreed for each transaction. Instruments commonly used in this trade, such as an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and Documentary Collection, can be discussed, with transactions conducted through reputable international banks.
